HISTORY: On September 24,1953 Rocky Marciano defended his World Heavyweight Title against Roland LaStarza. This was the second time these two men had fought. Marciano would retain his title with a 11th round TKO over the game, but overmatched LaStarza. The fight was held at the Polo Grounds in New York.
