This is a historically important official program for the April 23, 1936 British & Empire heavyweight championship fight between Jock McAvoy and Jack Peterson. Peterson won the title by 15 round decision and on the undercard Jackie brown stopped Ted Green in one round. This was the first boxing event at Empress Stadium/Earl's Court in London.
