On January 24, 1899 at Woodward's Pavilion in San Francisco middleweights Al Neill and Frank McConnell met in the featured bout. After ten rounds the fight was declared a draw. Offered here is a rare, original, official program for this event.
This is an original, official program which pictures the fighters on the cover and which consists of 8 pages complete including covers. Not scored. Tight binding. Minor smudge on front cover, otherwise clean inside and out. Mild center creasing. 6 3/4" x 10 1/4." Rare, the only example we have offered.
