On June 17,1974 at Madison Square Garden in New York Joe Frazier met Jerry Quarry in a Heavyweight bout for the second time. Frazier won the bout by TKO in the 5th round. Offered here is an original wire photo which depicts referee Joe Louis stepping in between the two fighters in the 5th round to stop the fight.
