HISTORY: On June 21, 1980 World Featherweight Champion Salvador Sanchez defended his title against Danny "Little Red" Lopez at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Sanchez had won the title from Lopez in their prior match. Lopez had sought this rematch. Sanchez again prevailed by stopping Lopez, this time in the 14th round.
