AMBERS, LOU VINTAGE SIGNED PHOTO

Lou Ambers was born on November 8, 1913 in Herkimer, New York. He won the World Lightweight Title from Tony Canzoneri on September 3, 1936. He retired after losing to Lew Jenkins on February 28, 1941 with a final record of 86-8-6 with 27 KO's. Presented here is a vintage signed photo of Lou Ambers.
Lou Ambers has boldly signed this 8" x 10" photo in black ink. He has inscribed it, "To my good friend Kenneth Gerty Best Wishes Always Lou Ambers." There is a small rip along the upper left side. There are several small creases along the edges and in the corners. There are also creases inside the photo. Clean signature.
