On June 13, 1998 at the Sun Bowl in El Paso world welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya defended his title against Patrice Charpentier of France. De La Hoya dominated and knocked Charpentier out in the 3rd round. The fight was originally scheduled for March 14, 1998 in Atlantic City, but was postponed for 3 months. Offered here is an original closed circuit poster for this event.
