HISTORY: On September 11, 1962 at Empire Pool, Wembley, London, United Kingdom former world welterweight champion Ralph Dupas fought Brian Curvis in the featured fight. Curvis won by disqualification in the 6th round. Dupas was knocked down in the 1st round. Dupas was disqualified for repeated holding as well as shoving Curvis, when they broke from clinches.
