HISTORY: Joe Frazier was born on January 12, 1944 in Beaufort, South Carolina. He won the World Heavyweight Title on February 16, 1970 in a bout with Jimmy Ellis and unified the title defeating Muhammad Ali in 1971. He eventually lost the title to George Foreman on January 22, 1973. He retired after fighting Floyd Cummings on December 3, 1981 with a final record of 32-4-1 with 27 KO's.
