On July 31, 1971 at the Arena Coliseo in Monterray, Mexico world welterweight champion Jose Napoles fought David Melendez in a non title affair. Napoles put Melendez down in the first round and stopped him for good in the 5th. Offered here is a rare, original, on site poster for this event.
