On December 4, 1961 at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Canada world heavyweight champion Floyd Patterson defended his title against Tom McNeeley. Patterson knocked McNeeley out in the 4th round. McNeeley was floored eleven times. Offered here is original cartoon artwork by cartoonist Phil Bissell dealing with this fight. Great depiction of Patterson, as champion, on his throne having an audience with McNeeley.
