HISTORY: On February 16, 1963 at the Paterson Armory in Paterson, New Jersey world heavyweight wrestling champion "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers defended his title against Eduard Carpentier. Rogers won the match after 17 minutes. Also on the show Bobo Brazil and Dory Dixon teamed up to defeat the Magnifivcent Maurice and Handsome Johnny Barend. FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, cardboard, on site poster which names the wrestlers and pictures Buddy Rogers and Bobo Brazil. Bold color and print. Bold, clear images. No center crease. Tack holes at corners. Crners have some clipping at upper right, lower right and lower left. Very minor surface wear. 22" x 28." Extremely rare.
