HISTORY: On March 18,1991 at the Mirage in Las Vegas Mike Tyson fought Donovan "Razor" Ruddock in a Heavyweight bout. Tyson would win by TKO in 7 rounds. Tyson entered the fight as the WBC, WBA & IBF #1 heavyweight contender. Ruddock entered the fight as the WBC, WBA & IBF #2 heavyweight contender. Ruddock was knocked down in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Tyson stopped Ruddock with a flurry of punches that had him staggering when referee Richard Steele decided the Canadian could take no more. The fight generated 957,000-959,000 pay-per-view buys.
